Knowledge is power. We provide families with essential tools, training, and resources to navigate special education, IEPs, healthcare access, and disability rights. Through workshops, support groups, and one-on-one guidance, we ensure caregivers have the information they need to advocate effectively for their children.
Systemic change starts with collective action. We equip caregivers with advocacy training and opportunities to engage with policymakers, school districts, and healthcare providers. Through grassroots organizing and community-building efforts, we work to ensure that families—especially those in Wards 5, 7, and 8—have a voice in the policies that affect their lives.
Caregiving can be emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausting. We prioritize caregiver wellness by offering mindfulness programs, peer support groups, and self-care strategies to help families manage stress, prevent burnout, and build resilience. Because when caregivers are supported, families thrive.
